Job description
Majestic Care of Lakin is seeking a Unit Manager (RN) to lead a nursing unit in a long-term care community. You will hire, discipline, and evaluate the care team, plan meetings, and drive resident care quality and safety.
Collaboration with physicians and ongoing staff development are essential. The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days), and at least three years of nursing experience, including LTC experience.
