Job description
Ilocatum in Connecticut is seeking a seasoned Unit Manager (RN) to oversee two downstairs long-term care / skilled nursing units. You will report to the Director of Nursing and hold 24/7 clinical and administrative accountability, with a Monday–Friday schedule 7:00 AM–3:00 PM.
The role requires CT RN licensure and 3+ years LTC nursing experience with 1–2 years in leadership, plus strong EMR skills (PointClickCare) to drive care planning, quality measures, and regulatory compliance.
