Roofing ConsultantA multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Roofing Consultant to help them expand their service offerings in roofing and wall design engineering, as well as construction defect litigation support solutions at their Irvine, CA office.Your Day Includes:Providing technical expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems for design and oversight of technical workManaging repair and re-construction projects for apartments, condominiums, commercial and government buildingsSupporting litigation efforts through mediation, deposition, arbitration and trial with a focus on plaintiff supportPerforming construction administration.Must Haves:Technical degree (Bachelor's or higher) in engineering, architecture, construction management or a closely related disciplineExpertise in roofing, waterproofing and building envelope systems, with a RRO, RRC, PE or RA license preferredExperience in repair and re-construction, design and project management of apartments, condominiums, and commercial and government buildingsIn addition to offering a comprehensive health, dental, and vision package, the firm also provides a Costco Card and Gym Membership.If you have the necessary qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
