Job description
SSM Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our established rural clinic in Chandler, Oklahoma. This full-time, 1.0 FTE outpatient position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with very low call requirements and an established patient panel of approximately 1,100 patients.
Ideal for experienced physicians or graduating residents, the role supports visa sponsorship and the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population in a close-knit community.
