Job description
Paycom is seeking driven sales professionals for an Account Executive role in a fast-paced, SaaS environment. You will own the full sales cycle from cold prospecting to closing, engaging C-suite decision-makers to demonstrate Paycom’s HR software solutions.
Top performers earn highly with uncapped commissions; rookies have cleared $330K and some exceed $1M. Travel is required, including overnight trips, as you expand your territory from Day 1.
