Job description
Jobot in Los Angeles is seeking a strategic Director of Safety to lead the safety program across field and operations, embedding accountability and a world-class safety culture throughout the organization.
You will partner with Operations and Executive Leadership to drive safety performance, oversee OSHA compliance, audits, incident investigations and root-cause analysis, and track key metrics such as TRIR and EMR.
