We’re looking for a passionate, fashion-forward Sales Associate who enjoys styling, connecting with clients, and being part of a team.
Role Overview
We are hiring a permanent part-time or full-time Sales Associate to provide an elevated, personalized shopping experience while supporting the daily operations and presentation of our boutiques.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide personalized styling and one-on-one client service
• Build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business
• Assist with merchandising, mannequin styling, and store presentation
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on fashion trends
• Support daily operations, including restocking, unpacking shipments, and organizing merchandise
• Assist with in-store events, promotions, and occasional social media content
Qualifications
• Retail, styling, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fashion and a natural eye for styling
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
• Willingness to travel between our Scarsdale and Armonk locations as needed
Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly pay: $17–$27, based on experience
