Role Description
As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into funded deals. You'll work directly with business owners to understand their funding needs and guide them through the financing process.
You will primarily close:
Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) deals
SBA Loans
Other small business financing products
This full-time remote Sales Closer role is responsible for guiding qualified prospects through the final stages of the sales cycle and securing signed agreements.
Consistent communication, timely follow-up, and a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets are central to this role.
Qualifications
Experience in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) sales is highly preferred.
Strong closing and negotiation skills.
Candidates should possess Escrow-related familiarity or experience with transactional processes, contracts, and documentation to ensure secure and compliant deal completion.
Candidates should possess proven experience in consultative or B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding closing targets in a remote environment.
Candidates should possess proficiency with CRM tools, digital communication platforms, and basic data entry, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Candidates should possess resilience, ethical judgment, and the ability to work independently.
