We’re seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to act as an extension of our sales team to support and deliver exceptional client service. You’ll help manage the pre- and post-sale process, coordinate campaign execution across platforms, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Responsible for understanding and supporting the sales process/procedures used by iHeartMedia Sales teams
Submit special billing requests Work alongside our billing team to ensure smooth payments
Work with Account Executives to generate proposals
Respond to Account Executive requests regarding spot times and airchecks
Assist the sales team with sales material creation & recaps
Previous experience in a sales support or operational support role
Technical aptitude with knowledge of Salesforce, and Veritone a plus
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
An understanding of media sales or strong desire to learn about media sales
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Commitment to process improvement for overall team effectiveness
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
