Job description
Chico's in Houston is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise teams, and uphold brand standards. You will set the tone for guest-centered service and drive store goals through clear direction and hands-on coaching on the sales floor and behind the scenes.
You’ll lead by example, coach associates, manage scheduling, cash handling, and inventory, and stay informed about promotions and store policies.
