Sales Operations SpecialistDiscover Your Next Big Opportunity: See Why Quality Vision International Is the Place to Be!Location: Rochester, NY, On-SiteSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pmCompensation: $26.00-$30.00 hourly, based on experience.The Sales Operations Specialist will bridge the gap between sales execution and operational support. This role directly manages monthly accounts, handles service contracts, maximizes software upgrades, and acts as a critical touchpoint for customer outreach. This position is a high-performing, collaborative professional role mastering our aftermarket ecosystem.Roles and Responsibilities:Oversee and manage assigned monthly accounts, ensuring high retention and consistent customer satisfactionConnect with existing customers to identify needs, introduce new offerings, and secure repeat aftermarket businessIdentify accounts eligible for system upgrades, modernizations, and software solutions, driving incremental revenueAssist in structuring, pricing, and pitching service contracts and extended warranties to clientsUtilize Salesforce daily to maintain impeccable customer data, tracking interactions, contract renewal dates, and sales pipelinesExecute accurate, timely order entry for parts, services, and software licenses, using Excel for data tracking and account forecastingWork closely and collaboratively with field service, logistics, and the core sales department to ensure seamless service deliveryRefine and streamline the aftermarket sales workflow to improve overall team efficiencyAssist in generating sales reports and tracking KPIs to identify market trends and team bottlenecksKey Metrics for Success:Account retention rateUpgrades and software sales volumeService contract attachment rateCRM data accuracy and pipeline healthOrder processing efficiencyRequirementsMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required2–4 years of experience in aftermarket sales, sales operations, or account managementProficiency with Salesforce, general CRM systems, and advanced Excel knowledge (e.g., data sorting, formulas, account spreadsheets)Proven ability to work well with others, build strong internal relationships, and collaborate across departmentsA leadership-oriented mindset with the ability to manage operational administration with high accuracy while keeping an eye on strategic growthStrong communication, presentation, and organization skillsPhysical and/or Environmental Requirements:Ability to sit for extended periods of time (8-hour shift) in an office setting, utilizing standard office equipment (computer, keyboard, computer mouse, phone, etc.)Ability to occasionally move about and navigate through the workplace.Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects of 10-15 pounds.What We Offer:Paid Time Off10 paid holidays each year· Over 3 weeks of PTO (vacation/sick/personal) to start, with additional time after 5 and 10 yearsHealth & Financial BenefitsHealth coverage where QVI pays 97–100% of premiums on our most affordable HDHP – free single coverage for employees!Employer-paid Short-Term & Long-Term Disability InsuranceEmployer-paid Life InsuranceQVI 401k Retire Savings Plan: Up to 5% gross wagesTuition Reimbursement: up to $7,000 annuallyCollege Scholarship Programs for employee dependentsAnnual discretionary bonuses (for non-commission roles)$1,500 Employee Referral BonusWellness & ExtrasEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) & Wellness perks: on-site nurse, biometric screenings, chronic condition support, and cash incentives for healthy living programs and challengesFree on-site electric vehicle charging stations and cash reimbursement toward the purchase of qualified EVsQuality Vision International Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
