Salesforce Developer - Production Support
Headquartered in Milpitas, California, GSPANN provides consulting and IT services to global clients across multiple industries.
Senior Salesforce CRM Specialist to provide production support, long term. Interview Mode: Face To Face. Need expertise with Apex, will look into Apex code and debug issues; candidate should have good experience in Python or Java.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce CRM, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and user issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, validation rules, triggers, flows, integrations, and data inconsistencies.
Monitor system performance, identify recurring issues, and implement preventive measures.
Collaborate with business users to understand functional problems and provide effective solutions.
Work with development teams to analyze defects, propose fixes, and support deployment activities.
Perform routine configuration updates including profiles, permission sets, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and flows.
Ensure compliance with org-wide change management and release management processes.
Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware.
Maintain documentation for issue resolutions, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Skills & Experience:
8+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce CRM with strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core platform features.
Solid experience in production support roles, preferably in a high‑usage Salesforce environment.
Strong skills in declarative configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Reports, Dashboards, etc.).
Good understanding of Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (reading/debugging preferred).
Experience working with integration platforms (Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs).
Ability to analyze complex issues and provide quick, effective resolutions.
