Scaffold BuilderHouston, TX | Industrial & Commercial Access SolutionsSky Climber Access Solutions is seeking experienced Scaffold Builders to support commercial and industrial projects throughout the Houston, TX area. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in safe, efficient field execution and have experience working with suspended and supported scaffolding systems. Scaffold Builders play a critical role in supporting customer job sites through the assembly, installation, dismantling, and transportation of scaffolding and access equipment. Candidates should be comfortable working in physically demanding environments and at elevated heights while maintaining strong safety and teamwork standards.What You'll DoCarry, install, and erect suspended and supported scaffolding systems on customer job sitesLoad and unload trucks and materials within warehouse and field environmentsAssist with hoist assembly, platform setup, and dismantling operationsHandle electrical cords, wire ropes, and rigging components safely and efficientlyPerform deliveries, including loading and unloading equipment from flatbed trucksWork closely with crews to safely erect and dismantle multiple scaffold systemsComplete daily job site paperwork and required internal documentationMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environmentFollow OSHA standards and all company safety procedures while performing workPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications & ExperienceMinimum two (2) years of experience building various types of scaffolding systemsExtensive experience erecting swing stage and supported scaffolds preferredGood working knowledge of OSHA scaffolding regulations and safety practicesAbility to work effectively as part of a team in fast-paced field environmentsBilingual skills are a plusStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety proceduresWork Environment & Additional RequirementsMust not be afraid of heightsAbility to carry two 50 lb. weights simultaneouslyComfortable performing physical labor requiring frequent climbing of ladders and stairsAbility to work safely at elevated heights throughout the workdayAbility to work outdoors in varying weather and job site conditionsBenefits401(k) with company matchHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insuranceEmployee assistance programPaid time offAbout Sky Climber Access SolutionsSky Climber Access Solutions provides engineered access equipment, scaffolding solutions, and specialized support services for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects throughout North America.
