Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state
Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong assessment and communication skills
Ability to respond effectively in fast-paced or emergency situations
Organizational skills and a teamwork mindset
Proficiency in health record documentation
Compassion and a student-centered approach
Responsibilities: Deliver direct and indirect nursing care to students on-site
Administer prescribed medications and first aid as needed
Conduct health screenings, document findings, and maintain accurate health records
Collaborate with school personnel, families, and external providers
Develop and implement care plans for students with chronic health needs
Educate students and staff on health-related topics
Respond promptly to urgent situations and health emergencies
