Entry-Level Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Miami, Florida | Office-Based, 5 Days Per Week
$60,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Expected Year 1 Earnings: $100,000+

We're working with a fast-growing business that's looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team in Miami.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to develop valuable commercial skills, work in a high-energy environment, and be rewarded for their effort. No previous sales experience is required. They're looking for people with great communication skills, confidence, curiosity, and the drive to succeed.
Full training is provided from day one, so whether you're a recent graduate or coming from a customer-facing background, you'll be given the support and development needed to thrive.

The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping to create opportunities for the sales team and building valuable relationships with decision-makers.
You'll learn how successful businesses win new customers, develop your communication and commercial skills, and gain experience in a role where your hard work can directly impact your earnings and career progression.
What You'll Be Doing
Speaking with prospective clients via phone, email and LinkedIn
Building relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
Identifying potential opportunities and qualifying interest
Booking meetings for the wider sales team
Managing your own pipeline and activity
Learning how to communicate value and solve business challenges
Working closely with a supportive and experienced team
Continuously developing your sales and relationship-building skills
