About the Opportunity
Rancher Hat Bar is gearing up for one of the biggest events in the western industry, and we're looking for energetic, outgoing, and sales-driven individuals to join our team for the 2026 National Finals Rodeo (NFR) and Cowboy Christmas in Las Vegas!

As a Seasonal Hat Tender, you'll represent Rancher Hat Bar at our NFR retail activations, helping guests create one-of-a-kind custom western hats while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
We're looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy connecting with people, and have a passion for western fashion, retail, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Provide an exceptional and engaging customer experience throughout the hat customization process.
Assist guests in selecting hats, accessories, and personalized designs.
Shape, style, and customize western hats in accordance with Rancher Hat Bar standards.
Drive sales through product knowledge, recommendations, and upselling.
Operate point-of-sale systems and accurately process transactions.
Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing retail booths.
Assist with daily event setup, restocking, and breakdown as needed.
Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet sales goals.
Represent Rancher Hat Bar professionally while maintaining our brand standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
Open availability December 3–13, 2026, is required , including weekends and extended event hours.
Must have reliable transportation to and from assigned event locations throughout Las Vegas.
Previous retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
Experience with western hats, hat shaping, or customization is a strong plus but not required.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical retail duties.
Must be dependable, punctual, and adaptable to event scheduling needs.
Willingness to complete required training before NFR begins.
Additional Position Details
Seasonal employment is anticipated to begin as early as November 1, 2026, to allow adequate time for training and preparation.
The seasonal assignment is expected to conclude December 14, 2026.
Relocation assistance and lodging are not provided.
Assigned shifts and event locations will be determined based on operational needs.
