Job description
Spirit Halloween is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including staffing, setup, merchandising, and inventory control. The role requires a minimum age of 18 and a flexible schedule, as the job demands 8+ hours of standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Key responsibilities include ensuring maximum sales/profitability and maintaining high standards of Guest Services. Prior retail management experience is essential.
