Concierge Security OfficerGardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer! Ready to suit up as a Security Guard in a Concierge post? Tell us about how your natural ability to engage with others reassures and inspires confidence.As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.What's in it for you:Site Location: Multi-Story Corporate Office building in Hagerstown, Maryland. Driver's License and clean driving record is required!Schedule: Friday to Monday 2:00PM-10:00PM (36hrs)Competitive hourly wage of $18.50 / HR (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance optionsCareer growth opportunities at GardaWorldUniform provided at no costResponsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard:Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitorsManage access controlPerform regular patrols to identify potential risksInspect security equipment and report any maintenance needsRespond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teamsAnswer questions in person or by phoneWrite incident reports and communicate security concernsEnsure the safety and protection of individuals and propertyQualifications for Concierge Security Guard:Be authorized to work in the U.S.Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GEDBe able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening processExceptional customer service skillsProficient in basic phone & computer skillsYou have Security, Military, and/or Law Enforcement experience of at least 2 years or moreYou have a state license if requiredYou are at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirementsYou have CPR/First Aid CertificationYou have phone skills and computer literacyIn the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work.
