As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will contribute to a caring, team-focused culture by acting with integrity, responding to site needs, and helping maintain a welcoming environment for personnel and visitors.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $19.95 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeTue 01:30 PM - 09:30 PMFri 01:30 PM - 09:30 PMSat 01:30 PM - 09:30 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities as appropriate.Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with established site protocols, including verifying credentials and directing individuals as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.Minimum Requirements:CPR certification is preferred.CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.A Security Professional Guard Card or license is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
