Security Guard (Per Diem)We are seeking a Per Diem Security Guard for our growing organization!In this role, you will provide professional security presence for traffic direction and security support during our clinical research studies.Minimum high school diploma. Must have 2 years relevant work experience with security in an environment working with the public, for example in a health related environment.Must have current SORA certification under New Jersey Security Officer Registration Act. Professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required. Must be able to read and understand instructions and procedures as they apply to the directions to clinical study subjects, including the entry and exit procedures and study schedules for subjects in assigned clinic facilities. Must use discretion in maintaining subject confidentiality when provided with personal information. Must have the ability to be in close personal physical contact with clinical study participants for long periods of time during the work day, generally standing. Must have the ability to convey courtesy and empathy for subjects/patients. Must be able to work assigned schedule, as determined by clinical study demands and TKL business needs and priorities. Must have competency with computers, including MS Office suite and ability to learn proprietary software.This is a per diem assignment and work is based primarily in our Bloomfield, NJ office. Pay rate of $18/hour to start. Schedule may vary Monday through Friday. Hours between 7:30am and 7:30pm.
