Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a government location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy Requirements. Bring integrity, reliability, and a team-focused mindset to a caring, innovative culture that puts people first.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $21.50 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeMon 05:45 PM - 06:00 AMTue 05:45 PM - 06:00 AMSun 05:45 PM - 06:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to facility staff, visitors, and members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, perimeter areas, access points, and parking areas to help deter unauthorized activity.Monitor access to restricted areas, verify authorization as required, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures.Respond to incidents, disturbances, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate personnel and public agencies when required.Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation; maintain assigned equipment in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.An armed guard card or license is preferred.Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security training programs.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
