Job description
Job TitleJob responsibilities include assisting with written reports regarding security-related incidents, escorting and observing guests and employees, identifying safety hazards, knowing hazardous materials and regulations, serving as a dispatcher during emergencies, informing outside agencies of unusual situations, operating company vehicles, ensuring safe transportation of company monies, assisting in opening and closing gaming tables, achieving maximum guest service, attending departmental meetings, maintaining keys to locked areas, requesting identification from individuals under 21, upholding the mission statement, representing Hard Rock in a positive manner, and living by the Hard Rock values.Competencies include projecting a professional image, high energy level, excellent non-verbal communication skills, ability to handle instructions, dealing with people sensitively, maintaining composure under stress, working flexible schedules, clear communication, lifting and moving 50 pounds, working in a smoky environment, wearing radio earpieces, working in an environment with flashing lights and noise, standing for eight-hour shifts, understanding written instructions, and basic reading and math skills.
