Security Officer/EMTTitle: Security Officer/EMTPay: $ per hour (based on experience) + shift differential, benefits and perks!Job Status: Non-Exempt, Full-TimeSchedule & Hours: 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM - 10:45 PM (37.5 hours/week). Be part of an extraordinary life!We are seeking a hospitality-focused Security Officer/EMT to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, staff, and community property. This includes, but is not limited to, providing security and medical services and resident support as needed while ensuring safety protocols are followed throughout the community.A generous benefits package for eligible employees which includes:Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance– Benefits start on the first of the month following your date of hire!401(k) with company match, generous PTO, paid holidays and tuition reimbursement.Support in your personal and professional growth and many other benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled internal and external to maintain a secure environment for residents and community property.Conduct continuous patrols of property and facilities.Respond promptly to fire alarms and emergency calls.Complete daily rounds and incident reports.Document incidents including accidents, theft, fires, serious mechanical malfunctions, emergency responses, and violations of rules and regulations.Maintain a professional and calm presence during all situations.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED required.Active EMT license in the state of Illinois required. Previous security experience preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
