As a Security Officer Full Time Access Coordination in Kahului, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will help manage entry points, verify badges and visitor access, monitor activity, and support a secure environment for employees, vendors, and deliveries. You will provide exceptional customer service, maintain clear communication, and help deter incidents through a visible presence. What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site‑specific access‑control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Monitor access points at a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials and authorized entry, and maintain visitor, contractor, and driver logs.
Coordinate vehicle and delivery access by directing drivers to designated areas and communicating arrival information to appropriate site personnel.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Minimum Requirements:
A guard card or license is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
