Security Officer - Full-Time/NightsFairfield, Ca - 94534Security Officer Fairfield HOA Security Officer/Vehicle PatrolPay: $21.00 Per Hour Location: Fairfield, Ca Position Type: Neighborhood HOA Security, Vehicle Patrol, Access ControlAbout the PositionWe are seeking professional, alert, and customer service-oriented Security Officer for a Fairfield HOA (Homeowners Association) assignment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents.This is a high-visibility access control position requiring officers who are professional, detail-oriented, and capable of exercising sound judgment while interacting with the public. Officers are responsible for conducting vehicle patrols, completing hourly activity logs, enforcing HOA policies, and maintaining the overall security of the HOA property.ScheduleWednesday - 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Thursday - 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Friday - 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Saturday - 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Sunday - 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM 40 HRS per week + OT OpportunitiesPrimary ResponsibilitiesControl and monitor all vehicle and pedestrian access entering the propertyStaff the guard shack located at the front entranceMaintain detailed awareness of activity entering and exiting the siteProvide exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong security presenceRemain alert, professional, and attentive throughout the shiftRequirementsActive California BSIS Guard CardValid Drivers License and Clean Driving RecordStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to remain calm, professional, and observant in a high-profile environmentReliable transportation and punctual attendancePreferred QualificationsPrevious HOA security experienceExperience working access control or gate security assignmentsStrong report writing and radio communication skillsOvernights or Grave shift experienceWhy Join Armorous?Award-Winning Company – Voted Best Security Company in the North Bay & The Press Democrat!
