As a Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will patrol a premier residential club community, monitor access points, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with residents and guests, and support a welcoming environment while demonstrating our values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $18.00 / HourJob Schedule:Day Time Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to residents, members, guests, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.Conduct regular and random patrols of residential community grounds, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity; verify authorization in accordance with site policies; and maintain accurate logs and reports.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.Observe and report maintenance concerns, hazards, policy violations, and unusual activity to designated personnel in accordance with established procedures.Minimum Requirements:At least one year of security-related experience is required.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.CPR certification is preferred.Access control and badge experience is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
