As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. Join Allied Universal, where agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity guide everything we do.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $21.50 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeMon 06:00 AM - 02:30 PMTue 06:00 AM - 02:30 PMWed 06:00 AM - 02:30 PMThur 06:00 AM - 02:30 PMSun 06:00 AM - 02:30 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate personnel.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity.Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.Prepare accurate reports and maintain required logs for patrols, incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related observations.Minimum Requirements:Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
