If you are looking for a meaningful career, a culture of excellence, and the ability to make a difference, we want to talk to you!ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business informationMaintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as requiredMonitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environmentRespond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security managementOther duties as assignedRequired QualificationsRequired Qualifications of Security Officers:Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED)Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background checkAble to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishAble to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weatherMust have an Active Wisconsin Private Security LicenseMUST HAVE AN Drivers license IN GOOD STANDING and clean MVRPreferred QualificationsPreferred Qualifications of Security Officers:1 year experience as a security officer or in a customer service, retail, hotel or restaurant position.Bi-lingual considered a plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Office softwarePay and BenefitsPay and Benefits for Security Officers:$18.00 - $20.00 / hour based on experience and sitePaid time off and paid holidaysMedical and Dental insuranceOpportunities for career growth and promotionSkills-enhancing trainingEOE/M/F/D/V
