Job description
Security OfficerFour Seasons Hotel Nashville is seeking a Security Officer to join our dedicated team. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, residents, employees, and property while delivering exceptional service in alignment with Four Seasons standards. The Security Officer plays a critical role in maintaining a secure environment through proactive patrols, emergency response, incident management, and safety awareness initiatives.What you will do:Protect guests, employees, visitors, and hotel assets by enforcing security and safety policies and procedures.Conduct routine patrols throughout the hotel, identifying and addressing safety, security, and fire hazards.Respond promptly and professionally to emergency situations, alarms, incidents, and guest concerns.Monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, key control systems, and access control processes.Prepare detailed incident reports and assist with investigations as required.Support emergency preparedness efforts, including participation in fire safety programs and emergency response procedures.Provide assistance with guestroom lockouts, safe malfunctions, and other security-related requests.Promote safety awareness throughout the property through training, communication, and compliance initiatives.Work collaboratively with hotel departments, emergency responders, and law enforcement agencies when necessary.Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining a professional, approachable, and service-oriented presence.What you bring:At least one year of security experience, preferably within a luxury hotel, hospitality, or related environment.Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies and high-pressure situations.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in English.What we offer:Competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits packageExcellent Training and Development opportunitiesEmployee Discount for stays at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts worldwideComplimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee UniformsComplimentary Employee MealsMedical, Dental, and Vision coverage401(k) Retirement Plan with company benefitsPaid Time Off and Holiday PayEmployee Assistance Program, Disability Coverage, and Life InsuranceInclusive employee events and a dynamic workplace cultureSchedule & Hours:• Full-Time position• Must be available to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.Four Seasons is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
