As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. You will represent Allied Universal's agile, reliable, and innovative approach while working with integrity and teamwork in a caring, people-first culture.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $24.75 / HourJob Schedule:DayTime Sat 07:00 AM - 03:30 PMSun 07:00 AM - 03:30 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or employees while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the property, building interiors, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to support authorized entry to commercial real estate facilities.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation protocols.Document daily activities, patrol findings, incidents, and security-related concerns in clear and accurate reports.Minimum Requirements:Customer service experience is preferred.Alarm panel experience is preferred.CPR certification is preferred.The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
