As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will communicate professionally, respond to security-related concerns, and represent Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first values with integrity and teamwork.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $16.00 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to visitors, personnel, and members of the public while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a government location.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned areas, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report access concerns to appropriate personnel.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to supervisors and designated site contacts.Minimum Requirements:Supervisory experience is required.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Florida State Security Agency License No. B Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
