As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate clearly, and deliver exceptional customer service. Join Allied Universal's agile, reliable, and innovative team, where a caring culture, teamwork, and integrity guide every shift.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $16.50 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeMonday 03:00 PM - 12:45 AMWednesday 03:00 PM - 12:45 AMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouse spaces, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report suspicious conditions or policy violations.Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.Minimum Requirements:Possess at least one year of law enforcement experience, two years of security-related supervisor or manager experience, or three years of security-related experience.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
