As a Security Officer supporting a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Join a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first, works together, and acts with integrity.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $17.50 / HourJob Schedule:Day TimeMon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.Monitor visitor and contractor access, verify credentials as directed, maintain required logs, and report security-related observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.Support a professional workplace environment by communicating clearly with personnel and following post orders, reporting requirements, and applicable procedures.Minimum Requirements:A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
