As a Driving Patrol Officer at a residential community, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support residents and visitors with exceptional customer service. You will communicate observations, respond to security-related concerns, and represent Allied Universal's caring, reliable, and integrity-driven culture through teamwork.Position Type: Full Time / Swing ShiftPay Rate: $21.50 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeTue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.Monitor access points and visitor activity, maintain awareness of the residential location, and report unusual conditions or maintenance-related concerns to appropriate personnel.Complete accurate activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.Minimum Requirements:At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
