You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide courteous customer service and clear communication to patients, visitors, and staff. Bring your reliability, integrity, and teamwork to a caring, people-first culture where your contributions matter.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $22.32 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeMon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for patients and staff.Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and first responders as directed.Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.Minimum Requirements:At least one year of security-related experience is required.A Guard Card or license is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
