If you are looking for a meaningful career, a culture of excellence, and the ability to make a difference, we want to talk to you!Locations are Carlisle/Middletown - RTO Response Team officer.Hours can vary, sometimes it could be 32 hours or even 40 hours.Need to have open availability and be comfortable with driving between Pine Grove and Reading if needed.Responsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business informationMaintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as requiredMonitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environmentRespond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security managementOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications of Security Officers:Must be at least 18 years of age.High School diploma or general education degree (GED)Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.Able to commute to multiple sites in Pine Grove and Reading, PAAble to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weatherMust have open availability for all shiftsPreferred Qualifications of Security Officers:Bilingual considered a plus.Evening, overnight, and weekend availability requiredDriver's license not required, but license and satisfactory DMV history allows broader assignment to a vehicular mobile patrolPay and Benefits of Security Officers:Positions starting at $18 / hour depending on experience, location and positionPaid time off and paid holidaysMedical availableOpportunities for career growth and promotionSkills-enhancing training401K/Direct DepositEOE/M/F/D/V
