Security OfficerSAIC is seeking a Security Officer to deliver exceptional customer support within a dynamic and diverse security environment. In this role, you will execute a comprehensive range of program security tasks across a multi-disciplined, complex organization. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, balancing independent initiative with seamless team collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and resolve security challenges within a multi-disciplined, sophisticated organizational structure.Conduct high-level security briefings, debriefings, and program indoctrinations for a diverse workforce.Oversee and perform thorough physical security evaluations and assessments of facilities.Develop, coordinate, and execute robust security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Review, verify, and track personnel security accesses utilizing customer security databases and systems.Apply advanced working knowledge of classification management, information systems security, personnel security, and physical security to guide the organization.QualificationsRequired QualificationsClearance: Active Top Secret / SCI.Bachelor’s degree in a related field combined and/or related years of security experience.8+ years of overall experience.Desired QualificationsDemonstrated knowledge of DoD, and broader Intelligence Community (IC) security directives and agencies.Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
