Job description
Carta is seeking an AI Engineer on the ML Engineering team within Carta Law to lead model-centric projects from data to production. You will own the training lifecycle, collaborate with product and agent engineers, and translate real workflows from legal context into AI systems that scale across production environments.
You will work closely with lawyers and domain experts, applying post-training techniques and evaluating model behavior to ensure robust, compliant deployments.
