Job description
Iambic Therapeutics in San Diego seeks an experienced Associate Director or Director of Alliance Management to lead external partnerships for AI-enabled drug discovery. You will manage cross-functional collaboration across ML, chemistry, biology, software, legal, and business development, ensuring alignment with scientific and strategic goals.
Onsite at our SD headquarters is preferred, but we welcome hybrid arrangements and remote US‑based applicants.
