Position Overview
Hourly rate ranges from $16.25 - $17.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
Establish and maintain Guest Services
Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff
Control expenses and shrinkage
Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to Company policies and procedures
Qualifications
Minimum age requirement of 18
Prior retail and/or management experience required
Physical demands: over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Ability to work up to 38 hours per week
