MacroGenics, a leader in antibody-based therapeutics, seeks a Sr. Manager, Business Development to bridge early discovery and corporate partnerships.
You will shape the pipeline, focusing on immuno-oncology, and act as operational glue for program execution and alliances. The role requires identifying strategic opportunities, driving internal product strategy across Research, Clinical Development, and Regulatory, and managing relationships with external partners.
