Job description
Martin Automotive Group in Dayton, OH is seeking a Body Shop Director to lead operations across multiple locations, deliver an excellent customer experience, and supervise the body shop team to meet forecasted goals and budgets.
This role requires 3+ years of multi-rooftop collision repair supervision, strong communication and writing skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel about 25% per month to other sites.
