Job description
Sprig is reinventing how product teams understand customers with AI-assisted survey design and real-time insights. We seek a builder to own and accelerate our agent-ready build and test loop on the Platform team, delivering faster, more predictable change signals across a billion monthly events.
You will modernize the monorepo build, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and create hermetic environments that enable engineers and AI agents to push changes safely and quickly.
