Job description
Cushman & Wakefield in White Plains, NY is seeking a Chief Engineer to provide daily leadership of the engineering staff and oversee the entire maintenance program for assigned properties. You will ensure high-quality work, strong customer service, and compliance with the company’s policies and the client’s expectations.
You will supervise engineers and maintenance personnel, develop preventive maintenance plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with tenants, vendors, and the property team.
