Job description
Curana Health seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver primary care in skilled nursing and senior living facilities. You will provide direct patient care, focus on wellness, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate with other providers.
Travel to assignments across SNFs, assisted and independent living communities will be required. The role offers autonomy with strong clinical and administrative support, a data-driven care model, and ongoing CME opportunities
