Job description
StoryPoint is seeking a Wellness Director to guide clinical resident care services, delivering a 1440 experience, optimizing performance, and strengthening connections within the community. The role requires a state-registered LPN/RN (CDP within 90 days), leadership experience, and proven ability to manage revenue and care plans, including Alzheimer’s and dementia programs.
