Job description
Our client, a growing water utility is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join its team. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced water/wastewater engineer who wants broader exposure to utility planning, infrastructure development, and long-term leadership opportunities.

What You’ll Do:
Review water/wastewater infrastructure plans and support development projects.
Partner with engineering, planning, and field teams on system capacity and future infrastructure needs.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, developers, and regulatory agencies.
Help improve engineering standards, processes, and long-term utility planning.
What You'll Need:
7+ years of civil engineering experience, including water/wastewater design and permitting.
Professional Engineer (PE) license ; Arizona registration or ability to obtain.
Strong knowledge of water/wastewater utility engineering and infrastructure.
Experience with utility planning, system modeling, GIS, or development projects is a plus.
