Perplexity AI is seeking a Principal Counsel, Corporate to own the full corporate governance, equity and financing matters as the company scales globally. You’ll draft and negotiate financings, manage cap table mechanics, and build scalable governance processes with the executive team and investors.
This hands-on role requires deep private-company corporate and securities experience, independent judgment, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-impact environment at a leading AI company.
