Xplor is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager for strategic accounts. You will manage a portfolio of our largest global clients, acting as a trusted advisor to drive product adoption and measurable business outcomes. A strong understanding of boutique fitness is essential.
You will develop strategic CS plans, maintain executive relationships, monitor health metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer journey from onboarding to renewal.
