Job description
Federal Express Corporation is seeking a station associate to provide accurate information and assistance to customers, respond to inquiries, resolve problems, and sell company services. The role also supports station operations through administrative tasks and may include other duties as assigned.
Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a computer terminal; and strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers
